Bison
Our Featured Product is the sale of Bison Shares. Each bison share represents the meat from 1/10 of a live bison. When the animal is butchered, the meat products are partitioned to the owners in near equal shares providing each with a variety of burger, roasts and steaks. Each share is equal to approximately 40 pounds of cut and wrapped meat.

Chicken, pastured broiler
A variety of chickens with broad breasts and luscious tender meat, they are put on grass as soon as they have feathers. No antibiotics in the feed. Available only by special order, the birds are available live or we will butcher them for you at no charge. The chickens must be picked up the day of butcher, to be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Turkey, pastured
Raised similar to the chickens, we grow a limited supply of turkeys that will be ready for the holidays each year. Delicious, lean, raised outdoors on grass, you will enjoy this farm fresh treat. The finished bird weighs about 10-15 pounds and must be picked up the day of butcher.

Goat milk
Delicious, creamy, goat milk that is naturally homogonized and tolerated by those with other milk allergies. By purchasing a share of the goat, customers, who are now part owners, are entitled to a gallon of milk per week from the goat. Available nearly all year, you will enjoy this delicious change to your diet.

Ducks and eggs
Ducks love the Pacific Northwest! Requiring very little supplemental feed, these ducks free range and find their own natural diet. Eggs are jumbo sized and have very firm shells. The extra male birds are butchered and must be picked up the day of butcher.
